Ben Hogan Commemorative Legend 40th Anniversary Irons 2-9 # 608 out of 1500

Note: when viewing the photos, the ones for the 2 and 9 iron are missing. The site would only allow 12 photos, however the 2 and 9 have the same condition as the 8, etc.
I discovered these irons after trying every 3 iron in the golf shop for over 2 hours sampling them into a net and finally selecting this club. This club stood out with so much more feel and to my surprise it was from the Ben Hogan Legend Commemorative Collector Set in a brown wooden case. Well being an aspiring young tour qualifier Of course, I didn't need the case. I was buying them not as a collector but to use.
I was 47 and used them in stste opens in the New England area and US Open Qaulifiers and Florida Opens and later for the PGA Seniors Tour Qualifier and Florida Senior Opens.
It was the 608th set of the last 1500 sets run in the Ben Hogan factory. Those numbers are faintly stenciled on each hosel. Look and you'll see them.
The face of each club has little wear and was cleaned after each shot minimizing the wear.
The grips have been replaced and are in good condition to use The shafts are the original Hogan Apex 4.
